Marcia L. Donahoe, 80, died Dec. 5, 2012, due to heart failure.

Mrs. Donahoe was born May 20, 1932, in Washington, D.C.

She came to Bartow from Atlanta in 1950.

She was most proud of raising her four children.

She enjoyed drawing, painting and was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She also loved to read and “traveled the world through books.”

She was preceded by her granddaughter Chandice Elizabeth Boris.

Mrs. Donahoe is survived by her husband, William J. Donahoe, of Bartow, Fla.; daughter, Ellen Boris of Bartow, Fla.; sons, Jay Donahoe of Bartow, Fla., Shawn Donahoe of Bartow, Fla.; daughter, Wendy Enns (Bill) of Winter Haven, Fla.; grandchildren Joseph Boris, Derek Donahoe, Maggie Enns, Savannah Enns and Jennifer Dendinger (Chris), great-grandchildren, Aiden Donahoe, Kayla Wright and Wyatt Dendinger.

A memorial service is Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, Bartow, Fla.
