Regardless the inclement weather, which may have kept some people away, those who did attend the soft opening of Stay Fresh Market & Bistro on Tuesday, June 4, had only words of praise after sampling the various appetizers presented by Ian and Kwan Griffiths, a combination of standard fare with a twist and some from Kwan’s homeland, Thailand.

“It’s excellent food,” said Walter Childs of Bartow. He and his wife, Debbie learned about the soft opening after reading the June 1 edition of The Polk County Democrat. However, this was not their first time dining at the facility.
