It may not be until the Feb. 25 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission that a decision is made whether members approve an amendment that will include provisions to the City of Bartow Unified Land Development Code allowing food service establishments to operate sidewalk cafes.

Part of the reason for that was due to the absence of two of five members on the commission. Another reason was that of the three present at Monday’s session it was the last for Bernard “Bo” Raulerson who is not coming back after serving 15 years.
