All exemptions can now be filed online via the website www.polkpa.org and if you don’t know how to do it, there are instructions and a tutorial on the home page.

The deadline to file for property tax exemptions is March 1. Exemptions that you may apply for online are Homestead Exemption, Senior Exemption (age 65 and older), Widow/Widower Exemptions, Disability Exemptions and Disabled Veteran Exemptions.
