For at least the past two years, possibly three, Storm Elliott and her mother, Phyllis, travel to Bartow and stop in at Bartow Jewelry and Pawn. While there the two often buy CDs and other sundry items. As they have the past several years, when Christmas season rolls around, they enter into a prize drawing at the shop. They never expect to win, so when Storm’s name was drawn, she was naturally excited.

“This is the first time I won it,” said Storm.
