Cheerleaders win national title

Last March when the Bartow City Commission gave the Bartow High School cheerleading squad a proclamation for the national title it earned, head coach Lori Jolliff credited the city.

“This award belongs to the city of Bartow,” she said, when accepting the proclamation from Mayor Pat Huff.
