For your use and enjoyment, Summerchase offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, and a tennis court. Each condo comes with its own private balcony, and is uniquely designed so no two condos are alike. Conveniently located at the intersection of Highway 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd, you can easily reach local restaurants and shopping. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note the following fees to be collected at check-in- Housekeeping departure clean only 2 bedroom USD 115.00 plus tax, 3 bedroom USD 135.00 plus tax. Processing USD 30.00. Accidental Waiver- USD 45.00. Access Fee parking passes 2 car maximum USD 40.00. Check-in is from 3pm to 5pm. Guest must check in at the on-site front desk if checking in during business hours. Must be 25 years of age or older and present ID. Check-out is at 10 am. Please call our 24/7 number 1-800-423-4853 for afterhours check-in.
