The privacy hedge on this corner lot provides a sense of security as you appreciate the view of the lake, floating homes, and city.The two bedrooms offer all-cotton high-threadcount linens, one queen room and one twin room, overlook the garden courtyard and connect to the bathroom with original tile floor, soaking tub and shower. The livingroom offers a full size pull-out sofa bed, making this space very comfortable for a single person or a group of four five maximum . The kitchen has all the equipment necessary to prepare a meal or enjoy the self-serve continental breakfast.Within one block you can access 2 beach parks, and a convenience store. Two to three blocks are restaurants, coffee cafes, post office, banks, and bus lines. A five block walk will get you to a float plane dock. One mile to South Lake Union with many restaurants, the Trolly to Westlake Center, boat harbors and Fred Hutchinson Center. Two miles in either direction to Downtown or University of Washington.
