This guesthouse hotel has all the comforts of home yet that nostalgia appearence and feeling. We are non-resident innkeepers so you can feel more at home. We have had construction contractors make this their home away from home in the past. We have also had romantic weekend get away for couples celebrating that special weekend. You have full access to the well equipped kitchen. Enjoy our homemade eggs souffle. Our guest say it is to die for. We are located in historic Waterville Kansas. Guests have come from Germany, Sweden, Australia, Mexico and Canada. They all fell in love with the guesthouse. The college kids love to bring their kayakes or canoes and paddle down our local rivers. Check-in is at 11 00 AM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
