Situated near the Apache Pier, various golf courses, and the famed Restaurant Row of Myrtle Beach, this condominium community offers easy access to the heart of restaurants in Myrtle Beach, golf, entertainment and shopping. We will gladly refund your reservation deposit less a USD 50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Check-in is located at the Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed. A cleaning fee of USD 100.00 plus tax will be charged at check-in. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Office hours are from 8.30 am to 5 pm daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. All check-ins are at 9581 Shore Drive.
