These large condos start at 1700 sq ft. There is On-Site check-in for these luxurious condominiums located in the heart of Panama City, only a few minutes away from local restaurants and shopping. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Front desk is open 24 hours. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded.
