Settled on 15 acres east of Destin, Mainsail features a large private beach with seasonal beach service, dune walkover, and watersport rentals. The clubhouse pool is heated seasonally, and a second pool is found Gulf side. There are also a hot tub and kiddie pool. Six lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, shuffleboard, and complimentary use of the fitness center help keep even the most active vacationer engaged. Mainsail is a gated community offering well equipped condos with up to four bedrooms, as well as delightful cottages and spacious townhomes. Please note that due to renovations, the tennis courts will be unavailable through May 23, 2012. Please note that a USD 128.78 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is before 10am. Check-in at 11125 US Highway 98 West in Miramar Beach. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period.
