Nearby are the Destin Commons shopping mall, golf, deep sea fishing, restaurants, and all the family entertainment a parent or child could want. This intimate low-rise condominium complex offers one bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens as well as clothes washers and dryers. Wi-Fi internet is available in unit with a fee. Please note that a USD 81.59 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. All guests must check-in at 35000 Emerald Coast. Minimum age for check-in is 25. When the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box, using an adjacent phone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
